FAQ
Questions about pricing and billing
How does billing work?
Team and Business are billed per active user account in your organization – monthly or annually in advance. If people are added or accounts are deactivated, the difference is prorated.
Is Free really free?
Yes, permanently and without payment details. Free is meant for trying nest54 out: up to two users, one workspace, 100 MB of storage or ten files, and short video meetings.
Is there a trial period for Team or Business?
No – you start with Free and try nest54 without time pressure. You can switch to Team or Business at any time with just a few clicks.
Do guests and partners cost extra?
No. People from other organizations who collaborate in your workspaces are not charged to you. Only the active user accounts of your own organization count.
How can I cancel?
At any time in nest54 under “Billing”, effective at the end of the paid period. After that, the Free plan applies again.
What happens to my data after I cancel?
Your data is retained. If your organization exceeds the Free limits, you can continue to use existing content, but you cannot add new users, files or workspaces until you are within the limits again.
How do I pay, and will I get an invoice?
Payment is handled by our payment provider Stripe, e.g. by card. Invoices showing VAT are available to administrators for download in nest54 at any time; for EU businesses with a VAT ID, the reverse-charge procedure applies.
What are AI credits?
AI features incur costs for us with every use. That is why you add them as credits: 1,000 calls cost €10 excl. VAT. Credits never expire and apply to your entire organization.
Are unused Free organizations deleted?
Yes, after twelve months without a sign-in. We notify the administrators by email beforehand – a single sign-in is enough to keep the organization.
